Like sleeping bags for your feet! These things are so darn cozy, you'll be hoping for winter to last just a little bit longer. Perfect around camp during the colder months, ideal for cottage lounging, and if you're crazy enough to live in a yurt, they'd probably seem like the greatest invention ever! Water resistant and rugged, I've worn them when my feet got cold during a january paddle, following wolf tracks across the ice and through the bush near Magnetawan, and even with snowshoes for a long day traipsing around the Haliburton Highlands. They're a new staple in my outdoor kit.
