Starting the summer of 2009, we'll be offering two separate summer camps, an LIT (Leader in Training) program for youth aged 9-12 based at the LUNA Project, and a Leadership program for youth age 12-14 based in Temagami. These two programs have been designed to help create a strong natural connection within the trippers, and help to develop a strong sense of self confidence.

The Leadership program will start at The LUNA Project in St.George, Ontario, and then make the journey north to Temagami for 7, 10 and 14 day canoe trips. We supply all the gear, food and equipment needed for this expedition style of trips. Groups are small with 8 youth and two guides, keeping a small footprint is one way we are able to ensure the health and longevity of our wild spaces.

The LIT program will be based at The LUNA Project in St. George, Ontario. This is a day camp where youth will learn skills such as canoeing, shelter building, archery, wilderness cooking, bush craft, journaling, and experience unlimited camp games all onsite.
