Deposit
All reservations are based upon a first come first served basis. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation; the balance is to be paid in full 14 days prior to departure date. If a reservation is to be made within 14 days of the departure date, full payment is required. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive trip confirmation and all pre-departure information.
Cancellation
A full refund, less a $15.00 administration fee, will be granted if cancellations are received within 14 days or more prior to departure date. Due to trip preparation fees, such as permits, staff training, and food, there will be no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed to, and authorized by Lunatic Adventures Inc. For your convenience, you may change the date of your trip 14 days prior to departure without penalty. Lunatic Adventures Inc., reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any trip should undesirable conditions prohibit travel. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, all participants will be refunded in full. If a participant is late or fails to arrive for a confirmed course, clinic, or, trip, as outlined in the trip confirmation form, no refund or credit will be given.
Medical Expenses
Any expense or cost incurred by use of medical care, or evacuation, is solely the responsibility of the participant (if under 18 years of age, the responsibility of the signed parent/guardian). All participants who are not Canadian citizens should have reimbursement insurance. Should a participant need to be sent home or evacuated during a program, all expenses are to be paid by the participant. All insurance costs are the responsibility of the participant.
Health and Liability
All activities offered through Lunatic Adventures Inc., are physically demanding. Participants should be in good physical health; any health issues or concerns should be fully disclosed on the participants' medical form.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Lunatic Adventures Inc., by the participant is for office use only. Lunatic Adventures Inc. does not provide this information in any way to outside agencies. Photographs taken during any course, clinic, or trip may be used for promotional material, unless otherwise stated in writing by the participant.
